Real Colors Professional Development
Real Colors® Development Training Real Colors® Development Training is an up to 3.0 hour program split into three segments. Participants use materials provided to discover their own personality traits and personal strengths and learn to recognize the traits and strengths of others through the following activities
Module 1 Real Colors® Temperance Inventory Session Each of us has a different and unique personality; however, there are commonalities that we share. Real Colors® identifies various personality styles and labels them with colors. Module 1 one uses the Real Colors® personality instrument to inventory the student’s temperament. Each student learns their distinct temperament (Blue, Gold, Green, or Orange) and gains insight into their respective thought processes and personality style. Real Colors® is a product of the National Curriculum and Training Institute’s (NCTI).
Module 2 Real Colors® Brightening Session The Brightening Exercise is an interactive, fun group activity that allows students to creatively detail and document the foundation most important to their temperaments. In module 2 each group presents, creating meaningful and insightful discussions that reveal critical information for better communication, understanding, and development in today’s world.
Module 3 Team Building/Messaging Session Using the knowledge gained in the Real Colors® inventory and brightening modules, PFC will facilitate awareness and messaging activities where students maximize their understanding of Real Colors®. Students will participate in fun, energetic activities that spotlight the need for cohesive teamwork and creative messaging.
