Real Colors® for Real Couples Class

Real Colors® for Real Couples is an up to 3.0 hour program split into three segments. Participants use materials provided to discover their own personality traits and personal strengths and learn to recognize the traits and strengths of others through the following activities:  

Real Colors® Assessment

Segment one uses the Real Colors® personality instrument to identify the participant’s temperament (Blue, Gold, Green, or Orange) and gain insight into their thought processes and engagement style.  Real Colors® is a product of the National Curriculum and Training Institute’s (NCTI) with over 40 million users.

Real Colors® Brightening Exercise

Segment two, an interactive, fun activity, details the areas that are most important to each temperament type providing a better understanding of our actions and methods of communication while recognizing that others may think differently depending upon how they process and interpret information. Discussions reveal insight needed to work through challenging times due to increased understanding of one another. 

Couple Discussion and Wrap-up 

Segment three uses the collective knowledge gained in segments one and two. A final couple’s activity focuses on real world areas of opportunity within the relationship. Using a worksheet as a guide each person, through increased understanding of self and the other, can learn to successfully support, nurture, and motivate one another.  

Couples who complete the course are given a certificate of completion. All discussions are considered confidential. Additional sessions are available upon request. 

Real Colors®Management Workshop

Workshop Overview

The Real Colors® Management Workshop provides an opportunity for professionals to examine who they are and how they relate to their associates in the workplace. Attendees learn their distinct temperament (Blue, Gold, Green, or Orange), gaining insight into their thought process and management style. The class then participates in an interactive, fun group activity that details the things that are important to each temperament. Discussions reveal insight critical for understanding and managing each unique temperament in today’s workplace. The session concludes with an inspirational and insightful presentation, documenting real-world examples of management success and defining the building blocks for improved results via temperament management.

This exciting seminar will provide you with the skills necessary to successfully manage individuals in today's fast-paced and challenging work environment. Any manager or manager in training looking for professional development that;

About the Facilitator

Paul Finley is the owner of Paul Finley Consulting and the Mayor of the City of Madison, Alabama (2008-2012, 2016-present). Paul graduated from Murray State University with a BS in Marketing and has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. He is a Certified as a Real Colors® facilitator.
